I am stuck in this really weird cycle in the NDIS. I’m trying to understand it. Have been for a while.
Evidence/Reviews/Reports & Outcome -What is needed as a Support Coordinator.

Because I am lost in a cycle of collecting evidence, providing it to key stakeholders*, then being expected to tell support co-ordinators what I need implemented.
It is really weird, to say the least.
At the very least I would like to know how to impliment my plan.
* Key stakeholders are support co-ordinators, informal supports, the NDIA, specialists and support workers.
